Our clients purchased this turn of the century brick row house back in 2003. We worked with them to renovate the entire house without losing the historic character of the building facade. Inside the house interior walls were removed in order to open up the space. Windows and doors were carefully placed at the rear of the home to maximize daylight and to connect the interior spaces with the new rear walk-out patio.
